In this non-fiction project, I reflect on our relationship to digital media. The following thought is central: The main problem with our use of digital media is that we often use it to avoid honestly confronting our lives and, fundamentally, ourselves. Chief among the many consequences is that we don't live the meaningful lives we could.

This autobiographically inspired novel is about the return to self. Central themes are dealing with one's own past as well as the consequences of one's own actions and the emotions associated with that. Does the protagonist succeed in his quest of reconciliation with himself and life?
